Dr. Harvey Olson moved his family to Enid in 1959 and hung out his shingle. His son Dwight started as the kennel attendant at age ten — for ten cents an hour — and never really left. After earning his DVM from Oklahoma State in 1980, Dr. Dwight Olson came home to carry the practice forward.
More than six decades on, that's still what Olson Animal Hospital is: one family, one hospital, and the kind of veterinary care where the doctor knows your pet by name.
