Raised in the practice

Dr. Dwight Olson grew up around veterinary medicine — literally. His father, Dr. Harvey Olson, started the practice in 1959, and Dwight was "helping" from the fourth grade on, working as kennel attendant, watching surgeries, and learning the work ethic that still runs the hospital today.

He earned a biology degree from Oral Roberts University, then his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 1980. After internships in Norman and Tulsa, he chose home: Enid, and the family practice he's been part of ever since.

Why “same vet every time” matters

Medicine is better when the doctor already knows the patient. Dr. Olson sees your pet at every visit — so a subtle change in weight, gait or temperament gets noticed by someone who remembers last year's exam, not read off a chart.

Your pet deserves a doctor who remembers them.
